Add IDs for persons

What is the motivation for your change request?
The VIVO Ontology would be improved by providing more choices for (persistant) identifiers of persons, e.g. from citation databases and other information systems.

Adding all useful identifiers that were mentioned in the ID survey of the Ontology Interest Group. Suggestions:
