[BUG] [web] 관심 상품 선택 #74

상품 상세 페이지에서 관심 상품을 선택한 후에 count가 올라가지 않고, 새로고침해도 반영되지 않습니다. 메인 페이지로 나가서 확인해도 count가 올라가지 않았습니다. 개발자도구로 확인해보니 /wishes의 GET 요청이 허용되지 않는다는 에러가 뜹니다.
