ideas:

1. must be cast on a "field of flowers" (lay down the cherry blossoms so the floor is covered with them)
2. need something to contain the evil doer in (custom recipe involving directrix and flaying a iron golem into it?)
3. you need a way to decide who to target. (7 custom focus with their truename installed?)
4. they need a way to escape (give them 20 seconds after teleport + 1:32 to kill a summoner... yknow the duration of finale from undertale)
5. trap them in the block
