This might be a bit niche as nobody complained about this before but some people actually have 'public' IP ranges on the internal network and this should not be a fail condition on the cert tool.
I'm assuming this is due people having a consumer internet connection and putting their internet external IP in which case the fail is warranted but maybe add an ignore or change it into a descriptive warning ?
