Missing image/texture

In some apps there is a missing background-image. For example if you create a new contact in the default contacs app or if you want to select lists in the default task app.
For example here in the contacts app:

OS: Debian 11

Important edit:
In the screenshot you can't see the missing background-image, because the browser fills in black automatically. Probably you have to download the picture!

Can you find out in more detail, in which other apps there is this bug?
Contacts is on gtk3, but mine is on gtk4 on gnome 43. To understand what to fix, I need some app with the same bug, but still written in gtk3, cause I've not seen this bug before. It will help to fix

The issue only appears in the default contact and tasks app (I'm not really sure if the app is called tasks app in English, but this is the 1 to 1 translation from German) like I have written above. If the bug appears in another app, I will write a comment again.
