Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://deploy-preview-3113--wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

  1. Prepare to send 0.0001 ETH from Base (MetaMask) to Arbitrum (Wallet address entered manually)
  2. Click on "Review transaction" button
  3. Click on "Confirm transaction" button
  4. Open transaction history page
  5. Check sending amount

Actual result: Sending amount is 0.00009999 ETH.
Expected result: Sending amount is 0.0001 ETH.
