[QA] Aptos wallets automatically reconnect after the option to disconnect wallet has been selected #3157

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/ and https://deploy-preview-3149--wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

Select Aptos network as source chain (Pontem wallet auto-connects)
Click on wallet address and select "Disconnect" option
Refresh the page
Select Aptos network as source chain again
Check if Pontem wallet auto-connects

Actual result: Pontem wallet auto-connects.
Expected result: Wallet is not connected automatically.

Notes/ Attachments

Issue is also reproducible with Petra, Martian and Google wallets.
Issue is not reproducible with MetaMask, Phantom and Sui wallets.
