Can you try redownloading. I wonder if there’s a corrupted file in there.

If you run the installer executable from the command line, is anything printed?

Hello, I'm his other friend that it's not working for and I tried running it through command line and it gives the same result. To be more descriptive of the problem, It opens a blank window when you run the .exe titled WPILib Installer with Not Responding and never loads. I let it sit for about 30 mins and it just sat like that the whole time. It also uses no system resources when viewed in Task Manager the second it opens.
