Show the item's description at shops

If an item is visible before you can actually pick it up, the description should pop up where it normally would. This would help players who have a hard time distinguishing between item silhouettes.

The scenarios where this would apply would be Multishop Terminals, Cauldrons, The lunar items at the Bazaar Between Time, Adaptive Chests, 3D Printers, and deliveries from Shipping Request Form.
