Set mirror and stats in p2 site's artifacts

@cdietrich @szarnekow if I'm not wrong, Xtext p2 site does not have the p2.mirror (and statistics) in artifacts.xml, https://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox/p2/p2.mirrorsURL so Xtext artifacts are never mirrored by Eclipse mirrors. Moreover, statistics are never updated?
Is that intentional?
With Tycho, it's just a matter of a small configuration to set the mirror and stats.

i dont know any of these feature nor can i tell anything on intentions.
but i see files seems to be on mirrors.
e.g. https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/releases/2.30.0/artifacts.xml.xz&mirror_id=1190
so i am not sure how up to date that wiki and feature is

@cdietrich you've just tried to manually download something, haven't you?
I'm talking about p2 (installation and target platform resolution).
IIRC, I've never seen Xtext features and bundles downloaded from a mirror in the above case, but I might be wrong.
@merks, do you know whether artifacts.xml still needs to be appropriately pre-processed to have p2 mirrors work?

Yes, mirrors will not work without setting that appropriate property.
