Wont work with Visual Studio 2013 (VS 2015 not installed) #19

I have Visual Studio 2013 and 2017 installed (no Visual Studio 2015).
Running the plugin causes an error dialog to appear and points to the VS xml log.

"Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.14.0, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Could you try with the new release (v1.101) and let me know if it fixes your issue with VS2017?

I have this same issue with v1.101. I have VS 2013 and VS 2019 installed only.
