Update the type of ScraperReturn to include the following information

multiple file links
add location
Maybe use datetime for the date type, or ISO
- It might be nice to use a similar date time for the one being passed in to the scrapper method mentioned in Consider event sourcing (an approach for returning multiple items from scrapers) #22
