Audio, snap to Vsync does not work when starting the Video on Nvidia Shield TV Pro

I use a dac that has a audio-processing delay of 0,7 seconds. I use the Nvidia Shield TV Pro and it provides an option for that delay, but when I start the Video it does not snap to Vsync on a regular basis. I have to rewind or forward a step (sometimes a few steps) for it to „lock on“. The problem persists when using your in app delay and deactivating snap on in developer options.
