The RSS feed only uses the date for ordering. Normal practice this is fine, but IssueM allows the user to set an Order manually ( menu_order )
therefore I’d recommend changing the RSS Feed output to respect an override if Order is set:

eg in feed-rss2.php
‘orderby’ => ‘menu_order’,
