iTerm2 cmd + click feature

I'd like to know if there is a way to have the semantic history feature from iTerm2 to work with Zellij.

Basically I ls in a folder and I'm used to cmd + click on a file to open it in VS Code, but it doesn't work when zellij has been started for some reason (it starts working again if I quit zellij). I've tried with mouse_mode on & off without success.

Is there any way to have this working?
