Add ZnRND hidden directory in root directory so that custom ds data can be stored persistently #31

Just like tf datasets store data in a .tfds hidden directory, it would be nice if ZnRND data that comes from a url not available to tfds could be stored somewhere. This could be in a hidden .znrnd directory in the root directory.
