Dark Theme problem #1000

I'm using a dark theme (Tomorrow Night) for blue boards and since I've updated chrome, the icons at the top right (Refresh, Catalog, settings, etc) are not showing up properly. This does not happen with lighter themes.

Oh, and when I over the icons, they appear and they all (except the settings button) show up if I press refresh.

In Case this hasn't been fixed yet, happens for me as well. Using Opera on Xubuntu 14.04, but seeing as they use the Chromium Engine as well, that might be the reason.
