Workflow Editor UI Updates. Part 3: Task Editor modal shared styling and components

Reusable elements across all task types:

1. Header - Page label, options (duplicate, delete page), close modal
2. Task type and 'see more' description
3. Form field styling
4. 'Add a' prompt (not all tasks use this)
5. Help field
6. Add another task, Done buttons

In the future, these specs can also be used for modals in other parts of the lab, like the workflow settings tab. The specific example I'm thinking of is Feedback settings.

I'll be testing out Github sub-issues with this one. So let me know if it makes sense to do anything differently.
