Title: Add cursor pointer on "Active Projects" button (#219)

Description:

This PR adds a cursor pointer style to the "Active Projects" button to improve the user experience when hovering over it. The following changes were made:

• Added the cursor-pointer class to the button inside the Card component.
• Enhanced the styling to make the button more interactive and visually clear to users.

Details of the changes:

• The cursor will now change to a pointer when users hover over the "Active Projects" button.
• This small enhancement ensures better visual feedback for users interacting with the project links.

Reasoning:

• This change improves accessibility and usability, making it clear that the "Active Projects" button is clickable.
