* Update Mirror list

* Update mirror company names and URLs

* Fix header

The header for hiding nav and toc needs to be above any copyright header

* Add princeton ISO

* Reorder, add mirror type

Up to date mirrors at the top, add a column with the type of mirror (HTTPS/FTP/HTTP)
