This bunch of codes mainly help DAMOV (or Zsim) compatible with Ubuntu 22.04 and GCC 9.4. Now when building DAMOV with Ubuntu 20.04+, GCC 7.0+ (I tested 7.4 and 9.4) and pin 2.14, it will encounter "Unknown sub-function for SYS_arch_prctl" problem, see s5z/zsim#261.
