The Document API acts as a middleware service between Phila.Gov and the ApplicationXTender document repository. The Document API allows for enhanced query functionality as recommended / requested by the Department of Planning and Development. Query functionality includes equality based or ranged querying for a variety of Attribute Types, as well as Full-Text searching with OCR'd PDFs.
