This version adds a right click menu to manually reload the page.

What is in :

loading a page
setting the url in the prefs
auto reload feature
auto zoom
transparent background
right click menu to manually reload the page

TODO :

Display only a part of the page (defined with the id of the block, like the old webslice)
Controls in right click to open the conf
