There hasn't been a formal release of this yet, but since it's stable and I don't plan to remove anything, I'll declare it: we've reached v1.0. 🎉

This is the first actual release for the BitBuffer and as a result there's not much to report. The documentation is available online.

Roblox users can grab the rbxm from below and normal Lua users can grab the lua file.
