Fixed Audio Lag
New control option..
- Additional Left Handed Control Scheme (switched sticks)
- Reduced the supersampling default for better performance (limited to a max of 1.2)
- Positional tracking working correctly on Quest 2 (it was off due to the increased refresh rate)
- Both sticks and all buttons work in menus now
90hz Support for Quest 2
Ensure Quest 2 STAYS at 90hz VrApi was unnecessarily reducing it to 72hz!

Changes I should have made before now..
- Fixed the comfort vignette (copies the mask texture properly now)
- Added menu options for:
- VR Height Adjust
- Handedness
- VR Comfort Mask Level
- VR Walk Direction (Gaze or off-hand controller)
Turn it up to 11...
Increased the GPU and CPU scalers to the max of 4 each.. not sure it is making any difference to the occassional framerate issues, but it was worth a try, I will let people make up their own minds.

This first release is based on the vanilla v3.21 Quake 2 Engine. Future updates may use the Yamagi Quake 2 Engine.
