Fixes issue with A axis jogging

Fixes issue with Y axis inversion.

Updated functions for issuing resets and unlocks,
Updated function for flipping the screen that works better when not connected to FlexiHAL
Added version readout to startup screen - must match GRBLHAL plugin version
Added readout when Jog2K is not connected to controller.
Added additional bitmask options for machine mode (laser, lathe) and changed RPM to PWR when in laser mode.
