- Explicit internal modeling of ChRIS folders.
- Files are now only associated with folders, except for the pipeline source files which are also directly linked to the pipeline that was created when the file was uploaded.
- Plugin instances are associated with an output folder which in turn is the root of all the files written by the plugin instance.
- Introduce ChRIS links.
- Introduce fslink (filesystem storage with ChRIS links) in-network mode of operation.
- Bug fixes.
