ZotLit Notifier Plugin v0.1

First release of a simple Zotero 7 plugin to update the annotation pane of ZotLit in Obsidian.
If ZotLit is set to "follow active literature in Zotero reader" it will refresh upon changing tab focus in the Zotero reader.
