- Created test case guide from the file at https://community.max.gov/x/CbzLgg with light edits and changes to accommodate markdown. Are there better ways I could've done this? It feels very clunky
- Added link to the guide from readme.md
Did I do it right? I've forgotten everything, which ought to be fun when I start the guide--now!
