However, I have never used it. Can I find some documentation about this ?

You can take inspiration from this: https://github.com/Gp2mv3/Syntheses/blob/master/src/q4/circmes-ELEC1370/exam/2016/Juin/Majeure/circmes-ELEC1370-exam-2016-Juin-Majeure.tex

You need first to include the eplunit file. Then

For a simple unit \si{\myUnit}
For a value with a unit: \si{myValue}{\myUnit}
