To get your issue solved, you need to get in contact with CraftEgg. The way to do this is through email.

You can find their email by going to "Support" under the main menu. It will have a few sections completed for you, such as your player name and the version your phone is running on.

Alternatively, you can send an email to "[email protected]". However, you will need to fill out the form by hand.
