iOS 13 fix: _canShowWhileLocked must be YES in the root view controller of our UIWindow subclass

Fixes a silly bug that shouldn't have been there in the first place. I feel weird about saying the tweak was "updated for iOS 12" when in reality I just deleted some unnecessary code so that the window doesn't appear when SpringBoard starts.

Haven't had a proper release here in a while so just throwing this out here. This includes all changes to FLEX since the last release. At the time of writing, Flipboard/FLEX is at 7c17ce078, and the flexing branch of this repo is ahead by one commit (a fix that has not yet been merged into Flipboard/master).

Sans Activator—Status bar hold

This release drops the old gesture in favor of long pressing on the status bar to activate.

Sans Activator

This version doesn't require activator. To trigger the window, do a long hold anywhere on the screen with three fingers. Only appears on SpringBoard when you respring.
