This feature was added to the vanilla
auth_ldapmodule back in 15.0.The current
_connect()impl byauth_ldapsdoes not check for this ICP, and so we have some feature disparity. I think probably noone has checked/noticed that this was added to the base LDAP module.This should be forward-portable to 16.0.
Also will need to forward-port to 17.0 once #643 is done.
