Apply Xcode 15 recommended settings except for `ENABLE_USER_SCRIPT_SANDBOXING`. It has been manually set to `false` because it prevents a CocoaPods script from executing.

Closing.... We skip the version Xcode 15.0.1 because it has performance issues that makes our CI unacceptably slow.
Update to version 15.2 available in #25.
