Integrate suggestions from Karl Taylor (spreadsheet) with engagement with Data Request TT and Martin Jukes.

Tasks:

• Write a python script to extract information and formulas into a parsable format.
• Determine which fields to keep
• Partition information which needs review into (simple, requires review, manual)
• Produce documentation to outline changes and formatting requirements.
• Test suite to check new additions are in a compliant form.
