This pull request updates the
pdf-repairexample and fixes an issue with cross-reference stream index count. Previously, some documents with more indexes in the cross-reference stream than represented in the Index could lead to errors. To avoid this, we pre-determine the number of objects (totalCount) and exit the loop if we reach this count. Additionally, thepdf-repairexample usage has been updated to include repair notes.
