This PR contains initial work for Issue #23. The contents are similar to the newly added intake-esgf with rookie subset example, the only addition is that this notebook also performs a regrid operation. The rest of the notebook is computation with the acquired CMIP6 data. This would probably fit more as a use-case for a particular application rather than showcasing a specific feature of the used packages. Suggestions are welcome.
