Jetty as another webserver variant

• Add jetty as another variant of webserver to use via kurosawa.web
• Do not use :versions from lein-modules for version synchronisation across modules since it's no longer working with recent leiningen: Plugin broken with Lein 2.9.3 jcrossley3/lein-modules#45
