Installation instructions are misleading and outdated #192

INSTALL.md contains things that we can't test/don't support, including Docker Desktop and Windows Desktop. The Windows section should be removed.

However the rest of the document needs testing as well, so its not just a question of deleting one bad section.

This issue is related to two other things:

Release process #185 Release process, in the sense that unless we test something it is not supported, so our pre-release tests define what we support and this needs to be reflected in INSTALL.md.
the system-modeller-deployment README, which makes some modestly more sensible comments about supported platforms but is still wrong and outdated.
