Update name command

Changes

1. Renamed the !name command to !changeName

   • The old command !name has been replaced with !changeName to better reflect its purpose and improve clarity. Users must now use !changeName instead of !name.

2. Added a confirmation step to the !changeName command

   • To ensure users don't accidentally change their name, the !changeName command now requires a confirmation parameter.
   • Users must include i_am_sure=yes_i_am in the command for it to execute.
     For example:

     !changeName new_name=John&i_am_sure=yes_i_am
     

     Without this confirmation parameter, the command will not proceed.

3. Updated command parsing to support the & character in values

   • The command handling logic has been improved to correctly parse values that contain the & character. For example, if a user inputs a parameter like name=Tom & Jerry, the bot will now handle it without treating & as a separator or causing errors. This ensures smoother handling of inputs.
