This PR merges the site for TechTogether Miami 2022, which has been in development for the last few months, into the main TechTogether repo, right in time for the holidays 🎄

The final site fulfills the following requirements:

  • Optimized for mobile and desktop with a responsive layout
  • Fulfills all accessibility requirements and has alt text for everything
  • Links to all relevant social media sites
  • Lists all sponsors
  • Calls to action for hacker registration, as well as volunteering and sponsoring
  • Looks sick as hell

went through each section individually and either changed the background color to #222a68 or inserted a "bg-miami" class. Had to change hexcode the stayintouch.html to be the same color as the rest of the page.
Add gradient background to website
added the about us section (incomplete as it still doesn't have the correct styling)
added the sponsor section to the website page

Side note: @lisaqvu @fionawhittington I'd like to highly recommend that we make this repository private, at least until after the hackathon. We want to make sure our hackers only know about our challenges once hacking has actually started.

Our challenges are stored in plaintext, so currently, anyone who finds the repository can learn about our challenges in advance and prepare for them, even if we store them on another branch. The alternative is deleting the challenge files entirely and keeping them somewhere else until we go live.
