#Modified 3DSP driver source

This is a fork of reyiyo's updated 3DSP driver. He modified it to build on Ubuntu 11.04. I have further modified it to work with 3.x kernels (tested against 3.11.0). I tested this in Ubuntu 13.10, but it should work in all recent distros shipping a 3.x kernel.

The original source was found at the 3DSP official page, but it is no longer available.

First, you should install all dependencies:

$ sudo aptitude install build-essential linux-headers-`uname -r`

With all dependencies satisfied, just clone this git repository and run Install_3DSP.sh:

$ git clone http://github.com/reyiyo/3dsp.git
$ cd 3dsp
$ sudo bash Install_3DSPUSB.sh

If you don't use git, just download the source from Github, extract it and run Install_3DSP.sh:

$ curl http://github.com/reyiyo/3dsp/tarball/master -o 3dsp.tar.gz
$ tar -xvzf 3dsp.tar.gz
$ cd 3dsp
$ sudo bash Install_3DSP.sh

If you are using Ubuntu with Unity desktop, the uWB and Wifi Radar icon will not appear in the systray. You will have to do one aditional step, that you can find it here:

[UPDATE] I wanna thank you all for your mails and blog comments. I've received many questions about if I'm going to make this drivers work with the new Ubuntu version... The answer is maybe. I don't have tha bangho machine to test them in Ubuntu, I don't have much time right now and also I don't know wich is the problem and if I can solve it so the only thing I can say is that I promise to start working on it in a few weeks.
