Release 1.1.0 THALES

Changelog:

• Update readme with all current features of the THALES branch.
• Add --force option to allow to go through the remove_from_uim method even if an error occur (for example if the device is missing from the table cm_computer_system).
• Optimize QoS deletions in two times :

A: Agregate (Raw) result by table name and ids (avoid hundred/thousands of requests)
B: Create a thread pool to bulk multiple deletion requests at the same time
