Notes:

• several bugs in the Toolkit API have been fixed
• a bug causing anomalous behavior of const HP pumps was fixed
• compatibility with older input file formats has been improved
• numerical stability of the solver has been enhanced
• Toolkit documentation has been added to the epanet-solver package
• epanet-output library has been refactored so it is easier to use
• epanet-output library API docs have been added to Toolkit documentation
• unit and regression testing procedures have been simplified and documented
• reorganized build targets to be directly accessible from project root directory
• project documentation has been updated
