Add poster content for 2024 SBI2 conference

Description

This PR adds poster content for the 2024 SBI2 conference.

Thanks for any feedback you may have!

• I also re-ran the "nutshell" notebook here to avoid some issues with linting (I had to do this anyways for updated graphics in the poster).

Closes #55
