Fix bug with reg_setter with preserve_regs.
I was getting errors when the chain was being verified later on. This fixes the errors I was receiving.
I see that there are other places where
find_reg_setting_gadgetsis called, but there was no preserved register set at the call site, so I did not try to modify those (not sure if they even need modified tbh).
