Another major update

- Updated the repo in preparation for the utilization of the release page.
- Renamed AIO Megascript.gm9 to GM9Megascript.gm9
- fixed the FBI to H&S injection, no more arm9 crashes when rebooting thanks to @TurdPooCharger
- more minor cleanups.
