Description
Fixes # (issue)
The script that is used to configure the linter is originally sourced from openrest-devel-utils repository. The previous PR copied this file in APISIX which should actually be sourced from api7/openresty-devel-utils.
This change is merged in api7/openresty-devel-utils, so we can remove this file from APISIX.
