Removes [shelljs](https://github.com/shelljs/shelljs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [shelljs](https://github.com/shelljs/shelljs), [pre-push](https://github.com/dflourusso/pre-push), [standard](https://github.com/standard/standard) and [standard-markdown](https://github.com/zeke/standard-markdown). These dependencies need to be updated together.
