Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Building code is hard for end users todo. Should ship packages.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a windows and mac os runner , into the current job
Add a job after all the steps to dl the artifact and release it so users can download from github.

Yeah, I agree with this.

This is just an initial update.

I'm still thinking of a better workflow to solve #72 too.
